Herefordshire Community Foundation (HCF) is a local independent charity that provides a grant making and fund management service to our donors. We can give grants to individuals, families, voluntary and community groups (increasingly known as the Third Sector) and other charitable causes and support projects that make a real difference to the quality of life for the people of Herefordshire.
